Madhu is the name which leads us to the history of malayalam cinema. In 60's and 80's, this fat, tall man was a crowd puller. In Tamil, Shivaji Ganeshan introduced multiple flavours of acting, firstly experimented by him in malayalam screen full of Satyan and Prem Nazir, with the jayan wave and Soman and Sukumaran, with the symbol of youngness. Madhu stand alone to give Superhits in his own account. He was the Superstar, when there was no fans association in malayalam cinema.


                    Trivandrum's, R. Parameshvaran Pillai and Kamalamma's elder son, Madhavan Nair born on 1933, September 23, became the university of acting in malayalam cinema. Banaras Hindu University's, Post Graduated in Hindi joined Nagar Kovil's Scott Christian College as Lecturer. Madhu stunned his relatives with his decision to resign his job and to join National School of Drama. Ramu Kariat's "Mutupadam" was his first experience with the camera, but "Ninmenijha Kalpadukal" hits the theater before his first film.


           With the golden time of Satyan and Prem Nazir. Madhu managed his status quite smartly. Prem Nazir and Satyan declined movies came to Madhu and by that Madhu created his own ladder of wisdom. "Vittukal", "Thekan kaat", "Nakhangal","Swapnam", include the superhits, which make Madhu a real star.

Fourty Six Years of Success...

It was Chennai's Kalpakam Studio, where she had unavoidable bonding, She arrived to the arena of cinema in 1963 with Gemini Ganeshan as hero in the movie "Karpakkam", that movies  success maker her a popular figure in south india. By getting lots of offer, in the middle of that she buys a studio with the partnership of director K.S.Gopalkrishanan. She named it after her first movie "karpakkam". After sometime she left her partnership in the studio and sold it to K.S.Gopalkrishanan.


          We know her with the name K.R.Vijaya , gets lots of applaud for her acting with the time greats MGR, Muthuraman, Shivaji Ganeshan and Gemini Ganeshan. while K.R.Vijaya started acting in other language movies, She acted in malayalam movies with the Satyan, Prem Nazir and Madhu. She enter the hearts of malayalees. After that nowadays she enlighten the screen with the roles of mother and Grand Mother.


        K.R.Vijaya's last malayalam movie in the recent time was "Malayalee". K.R.Vijaya is in her fourty sixth year of acting career, which she loved as devotion. K.R.Vijaya's sister K.R.Savithri and K.R.Vatsala are also popular among audiences. K.R.Savithri's daughter Anusha and Swati also been a actress for many films.

Bobby Kotarakara : Dissappear in the Comedy

Time never stops for anyone, It will disburse everything in its way and move ahead. 2005, June 18 was the day when malayalam actor and Comedian Bobby Kotarakara died. Bobby was one among them who came to malayalam cinema to live their dreams, but at last they left with nothing. Bobby Kottarakara get the role of tea vendor, thief and other side roles in malayalam cinema, although he left his signature in every character he played.


                 On 1945, March 11, He was born to Parithu Ravuthaar and Hajeera bibi as their elder son - Abdul Aziz, later he came to the wisdom of comedy in malayalam cinema and became,
Bobby Kottarakara. He started with "Kathaprasangam" and with his Comic Caper in the play "ULLUK" gets the Superhit tag. After that he turned to drama and later to the malayalam cinema.


                                  His first movie was A.B.Raj directed "Aakrosh" in 1982 in which Prem Nazir and Sreevidya done the main roles. After this movie he doesn't get any chance for three years. On 1985, Sibi Malayil directed "Mutharam Kun P.O."s, Remanan character gave
Bobby a big break in malayalam cinema, through this movie he became the part of commercial movies, like "Akkare Ninnoru Maran(Gireesh)", "Naradan Keralathil(Appukuttan)", "Vadukunokiyantram(Sahadevan)", "Varavelp(Pappan)", "Mazhavil Kavadi(Murukan)" are his few characters gets the audience attention.


                               
Bobby Kottarakara never done the roles other than comic in fact director not dare to give him preference for important roles. Thaha directed "Thekekara Superfast" was his last movie.


                It hurts that actor like
Bobby Kottarakara wasn't remembered by malayalam cinema or any mode of media.

Sreenath Now in Memories.......

Malayalam Cinema's actor Sreenath commit suicide. It was not expected that Sreenath will do this and He will cut his nerves and found dead in a lodge room. He was in Kothamangalam for a shoot of Padmakumar directed "Shikar" for that, He was staying in a room.


                        Sreenath's arrival was in Eighties in malayalam cinema, People had seen him as a future aspect. He came to notice with the movie "Kallika", that role was equally important with his other co-star. After that "Thalam Manasil Thalam", with this movie
Sreenath had lots movies in his bouquet.
             Visa, Kudumbapuranam, Devasuram, Kireedam, Shalini, Ente Kuttukari, Ith Njanglude Katha, Oru CBI Dairy Kurip are few of his noted movies in which he get some noticeable roles. By some time He stays away from cinema but he made his comeback with the Serials and
Sreenath won the Best Serial Actor Award of Kerala State. His first marriage was with the Actor and Classical Dancer Shantikrishana which was not become success some how and after that he had married again but he had some problems again caught up in his life.
